1 qt. of garbonzo beans (chic peas)

3 oz. tahini (sesame paste)

2 oz. sesame oil

1 tablespoon minced frsh garlic

Juice of 1⁄2 fresh lemon

Juice of 1⁄2 fresh lime

2 roasted peppers

2 tablespoons frsh chopped cilantro

2 teaspoons ground cummin
